Terms of Service

Read the full policy

This page is designed in the same MHDiV structure with internal CSS, simple JavaScript, SEO metadata and structured schema.

Please read these terms before using our website or requesting work.

By using this website, contacting MHDiV, requesting a quotation or starting a project discussion, you agree to use our website and services responsibly. A final project agreement, invoice, proposal, written message or signed scope may add specific terms for your project.

1. About MHDiV

MHDiV, also known as Mercy & Hikmah Digital Ventures, is a web development and digital solutions brand based in Jacobabad, Sindh, Pakistan. We discuss and build websites, PHP/MySQL web applications, SEO-ready pages, job portals, blogs, dashboards and practical business automation systems.

The information on this website is provided to explain our services, work style, contact options and policies. It does not automatically create a client relationship, partnership, employment relationship or legal contract until both sides clearly agree to a project scope.

2. Acceptance of these terms

When you browse this website, submit a contact form, send a project request, communicate through WhatsApp or email, or use any MHDiV online resource, you agree to follow these Terms of Service.

If you do not agree with these terms, you should stop using this website and avoid submitting project information through our forms or contact channels.

3. Website use

You may use this website for lawful, respectful and informational purposes only. You may view pages, read service information, contact MHDiV and share legitimate project details.

You must not attempt to damage the website, overload the server, scan for vulnerabilities, copy protected content for misleading use, submit spam, impersonate another person, or use the website for illegal or harmful activities.

  • Do not submit fake contact details, abusive messages or malicious code.
  • Do not copy MHDiV branding, layouts, written content or project descriptions in a way that confuses visitors.
  • Do not use the website to promote fraud, malware, hate, harassment or illegal business activity.

4. Project inquiries and quotations

A project inquiry is a request for discussion only. It does not guarantee acceptance of a project, fixed pricing, availability or delivery timeline.

Any quotation, estimate or proposal is based on the information available at that time. If the scope changes, required features increase, content is delayed, integrations become more complex or third-party requirements change, pricing and timelines may also change.

5. Scope of work

Before starting a serious project, both sides should agree on a clear scope. The scope may include pages, features, design direction, content requirements, admin panel features, database work, integrations, SEO tasks, revisions and delivery milestones.

Work outside the agreed scope may require a new quotation, additional payment or updated timeline. Small clarifications are normal, but major changes, extra modules and new business requirements should be handled as additional work.

6. Client responsibilities

The client is responsible for giving accurate project details, required content, brand assets, images, account access, hosting information, domain information, legal permissions and timely feedback.

MHDiV is not responsible for delays caused by missing content, unavailable login access, late approvals, unclear instructions, third-party downtime or repeated scope changes.

  • Provide text, images and files that you own or have permission to use.
  • Review pages and features carefully before approval.
  • Keep your hosting, domain, email and third-party accounts active where they are required.
  • Do not ask MHDiV to build deceptive, illegal, harmful or unethical systems.

7. Payments, deposits and milestones

Project payments should be agreed before work starts. Depending on the size of the project, MHDiV may request an advance payment, milestone payments or full payment before final handover.

Late payments may pause work, delay delivery or limit access to final files, deployment support or maintenance. Payment terms shared in a written quotation, invoice or project message will apply to that specific project.

8. Revisions and approvals

Reasonable revisions may be included when they are part of the agreed scope. Revisions are meant to improve agreed work, not to replace the original project with a new direction.

After a page, design, module or feature is approved, later changes may be treated as additional work. The client should test and review delivered work carefully before final approval.

9. Content, ownership and licenses

The client keeps ownership of original business content, logos, brand materials and data provided by the client, provided the client has the legal right to use them.

Unless agreed otherwise, MHDiV may retain ownership of reusable development methods, generic code patterns, internal tools, design ideas, templates, frameworks and non-client-specific assets created or used during work. Final ownership and usage rights can be clarified in the project agreement.

10. Portfolio use

MHDiV may mention completed work in a portfolio, case study or service page unless the client specifically requests confidentiality before or during the project. Sensitive login details, private business data and confidential records should not be published.

Public project links, screenshots and general descriptions may be used to show experience, but MHDiV aims to avoid exposing private information.

11. Third-party services

Projects may depend on hosting providers, domain registrars, payment gateways, email providers, WhatsApp links, Google services, analytics tools, map services, plugins, APIs or other third-party platforms.

MHDiV is not responsible for outages, price changes, policy changes, account suspensions, API limitations, plugin bugs, payment gateway issues or other problems controlled by third parties.

12. SEO, speed and performance work

MHDiV may improve technical SEO, metadata, headings, structured data, internal links, content structure, speed direction and mobile usability. These improvements can support search visibility but do not guarantee specific ranking positions, traffic levels, sales or inquiries.

Website speed depends on hosting quality, image sizes, scripts, plugins, third-party embeds, user device, internet connection and ongoing maintenance.

13. Support and maintenance

Support and maintenance are provided only when included in the agreed project scope or purchased separately. After launch, additional updates, bug fixes, content changes, security work, backups, monitoring or feature requests may require a maintenance plan or separate quotation.

Emergency support is not guaranteed unless a specific support agreement says otherwise.

14. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MHDiV will not be responsible for indirect losses, lost profits, lost rankings, lost data, business interruption, third-party platform issues, hosting failures, client-side mistakes or losses caused by misuse of delivered work.

If liability cannot be excluded, it should be limited to the amount paid for the specific service that caused the issue, unless a written agreement or applicable law requires otherwise.

15. Changes to these terms

MHDiV may update these Terms of Service when services, website structure, business processes or legal requirements change. The updated date on this page shows when the terms were last reviewed.

Continued use of the website after changes means you accept the updated terms.

16. Contact

Questions about these terms can be sent to MHDiV using the contact page, email or WhatsApp. For project-specific terms, always rely on your written quotation, proposal, invoice or agreement.
